The Personal Assistant on media and public affairs to the Honourable Minister of State for petroleum resources, Hon. Julius Bokoru congratulates, Chief Barr. Dennis Otiotio on his successful inauguration which took place today at the party’s National Secretariat as the authentic chairman of Bayelsa State All Progressive Congress (APC).

Bokoru, who described the newly inaugurated state chairman as a pragmatic, calculative political juggernaut that will definitely drive the progressive family to the promise land.
