AWUJAKO OF IJAKO ORILE AND HIS CHIEFS VISIT PARAMOUNT RULER OF YEWA LAND.

Awujako of Ijako Orile, His Royal Highness, Oba (Reverend) Mathew Alabi Ewedairo yesterday led his chiefs on a Royal courtesy visit to the palace of Olu Of Ilaro and the Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle MFR.

HRH, Oba Mathew Alabi Ewedairo while addressing the Paramount Ruler was full of eulogy and appreciation on the impartial and exemplary leadership role played by the Paramount Ruler of Yewaland during the process leading to his selection and eventual enthronement in February, 2021.

Kaabiyesi Ewedairo while rounding up his address solicited for the support of the Paramount Ruler on his (Awujako) developmental Agenda for his subjects and pray for more wisdom, success and long life for the Paramount Ruler of Yewaland.

In his response, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle MFR, said he is impressed with the charisma and decorous approach of the new Awujako of Ijako, HRH, Oba (Rev.) Mathew Alabi Ewedairo.

HRM, enjoins the Chiefs to give Kaabiye the maximum support and cooperation in his bid to move the ancient town of Ijako Orile forward. He also advised the chiefs on discipline and trust.
