Nigeria, China Pledge To Strengthen Peace And Development, Trade Investment.

The Chinese Foreign Minister Wang yi
Pledged to strengthen peace And Development, trade investment ties, he
highlighted the achievements of Nigeria-China cooperation, also the success of the Intergovernmental Committee meeting in Beijing and President Tinubu’s visit to China for the FOCAC Beijing Summit,Nigeria’s contributions to the summit’s success were commended by China.
He made this known to newsmen at a press conference while meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar on Thursday in Abuja.
According to him”Nigeria remains Africa’s major country with global influence and an important member of the global South.”
The Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China, Wang yi meeting with counterpart, Yusuf Tuggar, commended Nigeria’s role in Africa’s peace and development.
He said China’s commitment to furthering solidarity and cooperation with Nigeria, particularly in pursuing development and vitalization.
In the same vein , Minister of Foreign Affairs Nigeria Yusuf Tuggar, revealed that Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening relations with China.
Nigeria, too, is undergoing significant transformations, driven by our vision to become a more prosperous, peaceful, and democratic nation.
“Consequently, during our discussions, I look forward to exploring avenues to deepen our bilateral engagement, particularly in areas such as trade facilitation, capacity building, and people-to-people exchanges
“I am confident that our deliberations will yield meaningful outcomes, in fostering a brighter future for our nations and peoples.
“In addition, Nigeria has recognized the high-level visits between the officials of the two countries that have helped in shaping and strengthening the existing relations between both countries.
