Navy Decorates 19 New Naval Warrant Officers.

The Nigerian Navy on Monday 5th August 2024 decorated 19 Master Warrant Officers to the apex rank in the rating cadre of Naval Warrant Officers.
The Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla,as the host of the ceremony ,who was represented by the Chief of Policy and Plans,Rear Admiral Joseph Akpan revealed to the New Naval Warrant Officers that they
have played key roles before and now they have to play more important roles.
“we will not be tired of tasking you because to whom much is given much is expected, he said.
According to Rear Admiral Akpan “You were selected for this elevation due to your good service which has brought you this far, Remember many are looking up to you, please do not do anything that would make the Chief of Naval Staff and Naval authorities regret that they gave you this responsibility..
“It is not a time to sleep or go to bed because you have a whole lot of responsibilities now, He stated.
The chief of the policy and plans urged the New Naval Warrant Officers to be professional in the discharge of their duties.

In the same Vein, the Newly decorated naval warrant officer, MWO PTI Shishi PM who spoke on behalf of his colleagues promised to show their loyalty and dedication to the Navy Authority which will help drive the vision of the Naval chief of the staff.
